Vista install/boot CD from download purchase?

Does anybody know if the Vista download from the Microsoft Marketplace can
be made in to a bootable CD? My concern is my HDD could crash and I have no
way of booting back up to do a clean install from a disc.

The 3 files that you download from Windows Marketplace for a Vista upgrade
are not sufficient to create a bootable DVD image, although they can be
burned to disc for safe-keeping. There is an option during the ordering
process to have the physical DVD mailed to you. There is a shipping fee of
approx $10.
