Good evening;
I realized after I'd bought a new pc w/Vista Home Premium that Microsoft
WORD was not onboard. So I downloaded WORD Viewer for a trial.
Then I decided that was not good enough and that I would have to have WORD
(OFFICE actually).
My problem is I cannot figure out how to uninstall viewer. I think it had
some kind of a 60 day trial offer on it- if I don't uninstall it am I OK as
I am obviously not using it? I don't want to run into a situation where
because I didn't uninstall viewer that I am assumed to want it and have to
pay for it after 60 days.
Help! jj

The Microsoft Office Viewer programs are absolutely free, there is no trial
versions. The viewer will not interfere with a normal installation of
MSOffice.

You might first try OpenOffice.org. It won't cost you a dime to try it out
and, assuming your requirements are modest, it will probably satisfy your
needs. You won't have to uninstall viewer to get it working.
