Vista Firewall

I have been recently having an annoying problem with the firewall on Vista,
everytime I trun on my computer, I have to go in and enable the firewall.
everytime, how do I keep it constanly on?

Are you running any third party firewalls; Norton Security, Microsoft
Onecare? They turn off the Windows Firewall to replace it with their own.

Thanks! yes, I have onecare. So which firewall should I use? which one is

OneCare turns off Windows Firewall. I'd use OneCare's firewall since you
already have it and its easier, instead of having them always conflicting
with each other.
