Vista error code 80200010 when attempting to update

I've been recently having this issue when attempting to download updates
with Vista Home Premium. I am not on any proxy server as in the other known
8024401B error code. Anyone have any idea as to what is causing this
error code 80200010 issue? Not much information in Google about it. Fix this
pig, MS.
