There is no such thing as your second monitor's sound. There is just the
sound as your system produces, although you can have more then one
soundcard.

Your second question is actually unrelated, but the answer is yes. What is
stopping you from doing that? Have you got the same mirrored image in both
monitors at the moment?

Please clarify exactly what you are asking. Monitors don't have sound
and there's no such thing as the "2nd monitor's sound."

If your second monitor has speakers attached, they are speakers like
any other speakers. If you already have working speakers, don't
connect these.
