Vista Drivers

Anyone know where to find a vista driver for a SD micro card? My pC won't
read it. Unbelieveable.
 
Is your card reader recognized properly with no problems in Device Manager?
 
I just bought an e machines tower with the sd card reader on the case and i
does not work and the device manager says its working properly
