Vista Desktop Search in .PST and .PDF files. How?

It seems that I can't search for text in .PST or .PDF files. Is there any
way to enable this search capability in Vista?

For PST files you need to have then mounted into Outlook or we won't index
them.

For PDF files you need the lastest Adobe PDF Reader that supports Vista
{version 8}.
