Vista clock - lclock style

From some postings, I've learned that longhorn clock style is
installed with Vista out of the box. However, I can't find any option
or config that I can play around to set up the lclock style. I've also
tried to disable the DEP but I still don't know where is the config
screen. Can anyone know how to set this?

Are you referring to the clock displayed in Windows Sidebar?

No, I am referring to the task bar clock located in the lower right
hand side of the screen.
