I purchase the download version of Vista using the digital locker online.
How do I make this into a bootable version on cd and/or dvd?

When you purchase Vista from the Windows Marketplace website, you are
entitled to a physical copy of the installation DVD for the version you paid
for. You can order the installation DVD here:

The downloaded files can be burned to a DVD for backup purposes, but they
cannot be converted to a normal installation DVD.
