Vista Bluscreen on startup - PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA

Could anyone suggest what this fault might relate to?

Vista Startup Repair has failed to fix the problem.
I am currently running chkdsk on the system and data drives and will then run a memory test.

Any help appreciated
