Vista beta 2

As it looks, http://www.microsoft.com/ main web site has been updated
stating that Beta 2 now available to Developers and IT Professionals. This
could be a sign that MS is about to deploy beta 2 to the public that is not
part of MSDN or the Connect beta testers.

And on the page (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/) that is linked to
that announcement it states...

"In the coming weeks, Microsoft will start the Windows Vista Customer
Preview Program (CPP) for developers and IT professionals who are not
members of the subscription services."

Be careful what you read into the web page.
MSDN is designed for developers.
Tech Net is designed for IT Professionals.

MSDN Operating System subscribers have Beta 2 for download now and will have
a DVD soon.
TechNet subscribers will get the DVD the next shipment.

Both these groups already have Beta 2 or have a firm schedule for receiving
Beta 2.
Availability time for the public is still vague.
