Vista Beta 2 will not allow me to copy an mdb

I am trying to copy an Access mdb file from my laptop to my home pc running
Vista Beta 2. I am on the home pc.
It says I must have administrative privileges to do this. I am logged on as
Administrator!
I can copy text files with no problems.
Any clues?

I have not attempted to use Vista yet, but see if issue # 18 (18. User
Account Controls $#^%!~\!!!.) is helpful:
