Vista Beta 2 fails install

I am installing Beta 2 and during the copying phase it fails at 68%. I have
tried multiple DVD's and even downloaded a new ISO but still the same effect.
Any ideas why this may be happening? I am installing this on a Dell D610.

I am checking to get the exact error message so i can post but I do remember
it being very non-detailed.

I had some problems with the install - after two tries I booted into safe
mode and install went fine.

I actually did two installs - after the first successful install I had other
problems and decided to start again so I reformatted the drive and installed
again ...in safe mode with no problems.
