Vista 32bit BSOD

I am getting an unpredictable BSOD sometime after my laptop goes into sleep
mode. It doesn't happen all of the time. I have several USB devices which I
connect and disconnect regularly. The USB devices include 2 WD Passport 250GB
external USB hdds, a Logitech Nano USB mouse, and a Sierra Wireless AC595U
USB Air Card.

I have all of the latest windows updates installed as of 02.26.2008. It's a
Dell Inspiron 1720.

I'm not sure where to go to submit a bug report. If someone from MS could
please forward this to the windows team or let me know the official mechanism
for reporting useful technical feedback it would be much appreciated.

Here is the windbg info I obtained from the minidump.

If Vista came preinstalled on your computer you need to use the
manufacturer's support. If you purchased Vista at retail and installed it
yourself then you can email or call MS Product Support Services. PSS
triages reports from users to identify bugs and route the reports to the
appropriate Vista team.

This is not a managed newsgroup, meaning that MS personnel may not see your
message. It has happened in the past that they have picked something up
that was reported here but it is not a reliable way to report a bug. They
do not regularly look here in the course of their jobs.

This is the starting page for Report a Bug.

Try getting the latest BIOS for the laptop. Also make sure that the drivers
for your devices are new. You'll have to go to the web sites of the
manufacturers. The wireless air card may also need firmware. Update
everything and reboot.

If the problem still happens unplug devices and check if the problem goes
away. Then you have your culprit.

I had a lot of problems with awakening from sleep mode on a Lenovo TP60 and
now finally things are better, but not perfect.
