VISIONEER SLIDE/FILM SCANNERS

I spent some time chatting this moring with a sales rep from Dell.

I was asking him for recommendations on the purchse of a scanner for
35 mm color slides. His recommendation was the low end Visioneer. I
notice there are several models at various prices.

Would anyone be willing to share their experiences with various
Visioneer models of this brand scanner and it's capabilities in
scanning 35 mm color slides?

What, if any, are it's positive and negative features?

It depends on the quality you expect and the price you want to pay.

If you want to make prints, then with a little work in an image editor,
I think you'll be okay.

Either way you get what you pay for.

Sadly, these days you get less and less in scanning.
