Visio pictures arent showing up in word when inserted, how can i .

In word 2003 i have a user here that is inserting a visio 2003 image into a
word document. When she does this it inserts but all you see is the border of
the picture but no picture at all. If she print previews she can see the
diagram but no other views will display it. We have tried pasting special and
all the options. Any one know of this problem or how to over come it?
