viruses

i have tried to run Norton anti virus disc,it has shown that i have buggs in the system i have tried to delete named files but as soon as i press delete the disc goes back to the start,what am i doing wrong.the buggs are spyware and toolbardotcom.help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Don't know what you mean by "... disc goes back to the start, ...

If your system is so corrupted and unstable to the point you can't even complete manual changes, then reinstall your OS
