Virus?

Every time my wife tryes to Open a object in Outlook (e-
mail, task, contact etc) She get the following pop-up
message:

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in outlook. Do you want to allow this?

How can I find out what program is trying to access e-mail
addresses? I have run Norton Antivirus scan on her
computer, and her PC is according to this clean. She scan
all incomming emails for Virus as they arrive.

Any help would be apriciated, and replyes can be sendt to
(e-mail address removed)
