I have scanned my computer with AVG, Norton and Symantec
throught the internet. All scans result in I have no
virus. When my computers is shut off or at intervels a
message comes up as follows:
I-Worm/bugbear is found in file: C:\System Volume
information\_restore{91247BF5-A889_4FAB-904F-A36B5151E4F}
\RP1A0000095 EXE.

I have followed instructions for this, but I just can't
figure out how to get rid of this message.

Help please.

Thanks,
Dot

The virus is stored in your system restore points. An online scan cannot
scan the restore points. You need to 1 - install an av program on your
computer, keep it updated, and running all the time, and 2 - delete all your
restore points.
Start, all programs, accessories, system tools, disk cleanup, more options
tab, system restore area, cleanup button.
