I have 2 viruses in my system and can't get rid of them.
1 is W32/SecRisk.P... and the second is JS/Linker.V@Troj

So, you are trying to shut the barn door after all the horses escaped? Why
were you not running a reputable antivirus program?

Who ever you are you should ask instead of assuming.

It is not a matter of asking...if the computer became infected, then it was
because there was not proper safeguards. It is the only way a computer can
be infected...

Not true !

Basefiddle could have been infected a few days ago when his/her un-mentioned anti virus
software had no signature files for the noted infectors. Thus there was no indication of an
infection until the un-mentioned anti virus software downloaded the signatures that
identified these two infectors. This scenario is NOT uncommon and you did "jump to a
conclusion" prematurely.
