Why can't we block a virus before it is downloaded to
Outlook Express? For the past several weeks, I get 5 or
6 "swen" messages each day, that take time to download
and instruct Norton to "quarantine", and then "finish".
This is getting frustrating. HELP!!!!
 
Look for a common phrase in these messages. Then in OE go to Tools, Message
Rules, and create a rule that uses that phrase as a criteria and use the
Delete from server option.
 
Additional note. In the rule, enter all the words of the phrase
individually, and then use the Options to set "Message matches all the words
below"
