The last 3 days I have started up my computer a norton sign has popped up saying that I have a backdoor Trojan virus that it cant delete,is there anything I can do about this.Thanks,john p.

Open your Norton Anti-Virus. Click on Help and Support and select Symantec
Security Response {you will need an internet connection}. If you have the
name of the Trojan, you should find help there.
