Virus, Trojan removal

Norton discovered a Trojan Virus in C:\undo\backup\reboot.exe. Antivirus was unable to remove it or quarantine it. My computer has slowed down, especially at startup, and the restore feature does not work. Any ideas as to the solution of this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried removing the virus in safe mode?
