virus message from Norton

anyone heart from the following message:

"Norton Anti Virus detected a virus :
objectname = C:\WINDOWS\System32\usfsschb.exe

Can not be repared."

got this from a friend and I really don't know wat this is about.

What has NAV done? Has it quarantined the file? Does it give you any
more information? What OS are you running?
