Virus in Temp. Internet Files cant remove - help !!

I would really appreciate if someone could help me- about 2 weeks ago I was
affected by the Freshbar and associated trojans, I switched my AntiVirus
from Avast to Kaspersky which I thought had removed everything but now it
has found another Trojan associated with Freshbar:
http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=VBS_PSYME.K&VSect=P
Kaspersky did report some files it cannot remove in the Temporary Internet
Files folder, so I checked this and it is taking up 840MB on the drive!
Although it appears empty in Windows Explorer, under the command prompt it
shows a folder Content.ie5 which contains a file index.dat, 32,768 bytes,
and 3 folders, named . (a dot), .. (two dots) (which I cannot access using
dir) and G1HCGLI which contains 2 directories named . and .. and 3 files:
file1.: O(with a squiggly line above), 2,744,320 bytes
file 2: e(with acute accent)and a symbol that looks like a little devil
face! 865, 329, 152 bytes
file 3: = 6, 512, 640 bytes

Using Fprot command line scanner and a DOS floppy it reports an error when
scanning these files. Can someone tell me what these are and how to get rid
of them, also any advice on how to remove Freshbar?

Thanks,

Will

To remove temporary internet files (TIF) go to Internet Explorer, Tools,
Internet options. In the Temporary Internet files section click Delete
Files, put a check mark in Delete all offline content, and click OK.
While your there under TIF Settings reduce the amount of space allocated
to the files. A Maximum of 40 mb or less is good.
