virus in e-mail

every time i check my e-mail i keep getting mail from directv and its a bug i
blocked and it still comes up in my e-mail i had to back date my computer
this morning because of it and when i got my computer back running and i
check my e-mail it came right back on there i wish i can find a away to stop
this e-mail from coming to my e-mail address
 
If the mail from DirecTV always comes from the same email address,
you should be able to block it using Blocked Senders.
