Virus Help!

I just ran a virus check and Norton said I had a
Backdoor.Beasty
(http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/b
ackdoor.beasty.html)

However, I cannot remove this file as it is a .dll in
use. Is there any way to remove this file?

Hi,

Close your computer down and reboot in safe mode (hold
down the F8 key I think). Once you are in safe mode you
can then delete the file.

Print out the instructions on the removal. It does not say anything about a .dll. It
is advising doing a registry change. It maybe easier to do in safe mode.
