Virus Help!!

[Prodigy]

Recently Mcafee Virus Scan alerted this file as containing the
W32/Spybot.worm.gen.b virus??? I tried locating the file but cannot locate
it. I try to delete and quarantine it through Mcafee but it wont let me.
Please help.. This is where it says the file is located.

Disable System Restore. If you don't know how to do this then follow the

Start, help, system restore works pretty good for XP users .. the first
MS OS where the help is vaguely helpful.
