virus found cannot quarantine or delete or access location

I have a Trojan Horse (winole.exe) Says to be in
C:\RECYCLERS. I have tried to quarantine and delete with
no success. Also, cannot access location of C:\RECYCLEERS.
I would appreciate any help from anyone. Roger
 
What virus software are you running?

Whatever syten you run make sure you have the latest virus
definitioons by going to the manufacturer's site and
downloading the latest defs. if you still can't delete
the virus.

If it is Norton Anti-Virus you can creat a boot disk that
will complete a full system scan before windows loads.
The only reason you would not be able to "clean" the virus
is it is running as a service on your system. A boot
sweep should take care of it.
