Virus Alert

Hi there. This is my first post.

I have a green handicapped sign on the right hand side of my task bar. it goes from a green handicapped sign to a red circle with a line through it. It also brings up a virus alert as well when I connect to the internet. I have managed to remove the spyware thanks to help from the link that details my problem https://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/thread-2517132.php.

I have also followed the instructions detailed within this link to a tee. However, their final fix doesn't seem to work for me. Could you please have a look at my hijackthis log and tell me what I should do.

Problem has magically disappeared

For reasons unknown to me, my problem has magically disappeared now. I have no idea why and can only thank God and all those people who took the time to read about my problem and look at trying to help me.
