Hi, I have a w2k3 ts that have a program installed that
use virtuel machine to communicate over the internet. It
works fine with a administrator account, but won't work
with a normal user account. The program give an error
that says - it cannot start virtuel machine. I know it is
a policy/security issue, but I can't find where to give
normal user rights to use virtuel machine - any idears

I would download FileMon and RegMon from
http://www.sysinternals.com/. Run them as administrator, start
a TS session as a normal user and try to run the application.

FileMon and RegMon will show you all "access denied" errors
that occur, so that you can give your users the necessary
permissions on a file-to file or Registry subkey basis.
