Virtual Truck

I have a friend running Win200Pro. Whenever she starts her computer a window
pops up with the following message: "Virtual Truck is loading, please insert
disc". She has no idea why this has come about, but it just started
recently. If the window is closed the computer continues to start normally.
Does anyone have any ideas about what this is all about?

It could be caused by some ISP broadband installation software. Look in
c:\documents and settings\all users\start menu\startup\ and see if there
is an entry there something like vtagent or reboot.exe that you can
remove.
