Possible solutions:
A) Increase your total RAM
B) Increase your pagefile (virtual memory) size
C) If you are low on hard disk space, delete some stuff...
Basically, you have run out of RAM, so the system is swapping memory to your
hard drive page file, which is now almost or is totally full. At that
point, expect crashes or unexpected behavior until you resolve the problem.
To access your virtual memory settings: Right click My
Computer->Properties->Advanced->Under performance choose settings->Choose
the advanced tab->Virtual Memory change.
Generally your pagefile should be 1.5 times your total RAM. Since RAM is
almost as cheap as tap water these days, I would suggest you upgrade that
for the best performance gain.
.
Ya my RAM upgrade to 512 didnt work on my virtual
warning,what did was this go to the virtual memory CHANGE
like the last post told you right click my computer---
properties---advance tab---under performance click
settings---advance tab on that---virtual memory change
button---click the system managed button--- set---
OK,OK,OK---then resart your computer,that will fix it for
you without buying more ram.Works great for the past year
and a half,was pulling my hair out before that with the
low vir. memory.and more RAM didn't help.
