Virtual memory?

Every time I run a spyware scan the computer,while spyware
looks at the registry files, it locks up after 31
processes.
A message appears "your computer is running low on virtual
memory". I have increased the virtual memory paging to
its maximum setting but spyware keeps stalling at the same
place each time. I have been running the scans for 2 wks
with know problems. Any body help! i am a new computer
user with limited knowledge.

Try a Safe Mode scan, and be sure you are an Administrator when running a scan.

.I had the same prob contact customer support of your pc

manfacture. They will walk you throu a pc upgrade..

Do you have any recollection of what was involved? Not everyone has the
kind of support you received.
