Virtual Memory Paging File

I am frequently getting a drop down window advising me
that my Virtual Memory is being increased and my IBM T-20
Pentium III is running extremely slow. I need help.

If you reply by e-mail, leave out the 49. Thanks.

How much RAM do you have installed on this machine?
