Virtual memory message displays but why?

i have 512 Mb of Ram and 25GB of free space left on my HDD so I can't see why
it is dispalying the "Virtual Memory too low..." it also says something about
the paging file I forgot.This message has been regular every boot up for the
past 3 weeks and I added no new programs in the past mont...

Thanks I actually came across that text but didn't read it properly. I
changed it to 'System managed size'.
