Virtual memory errors

I have a W2K server running TS. It currently has 4GB of
RAM in it. All is fine until more that 30 users connect &
then I start to get virtual memory erros???
 
What errors are you getting specifically? When you recieve these
errors have you looked to see how much of your system resources are in
use?
