virtual memory and Quicken

I am getting a virtual memory minimum is too low warning whenever I access
the one step update in Quicken 2002. I did a google search and a Quicken
web search and found nothing that applies to Windows XP. Besides the
irritating Windows pop-up, I don't see any problems. Any comment is
appreciated.

I played around with the Virtual memory settings and still seem to get this
warning. Again it only happens with Quicken so it seems to me to be caused
by that program rather than a function of how much virtual memory I have
selected. I guess this supposition is what I would like confirmed. Jimt

Have you checked Quickens website for any update files that might help?

I think I have seen reference to this one; a specific fault in Quicken.
Trying to pacify it by making silly settings for VM are not likely to
work. Other things have similar effects, eg Symantec Live Update, and
all I can suggest is to *not* update Quicken by that one step method,
and to complain to them. Loudly

General VM problems, see my page www.aumha.org/win5/a/xpvm.htm
