Virtual Machine Error When Loading New Java Script

I have been unable to fully view a certain web page.
Upon loading the page I am prompted to downlad a Java app.
in order to view the page properly. When I download the
Java app. a Windows update screen appears saying my
windows virtual machine is not up to date, however I have
been unable to locate an update.

Any ideas?
