Viewing Temporary Internet Files

Is there a program or utility, that will allow me to log into the Temporary
Internet Files folder and then view the graphic files--.gif, .jpg etc--contained
therein, and then allow me to copy them to another folder? I got a copy of
ACDSee v5.0, thinking that this would allow it, but it doesn't...or at least I
can't get it to work.

Anyone any ideas.

I use jpegger for that, google for it
