Viewing temp internet files

Hi, when i had W98SE i could use picture viewing software like PEMU and Fuji
Finepix viewer to view pictures in the windows\temp\temp internet files
folder. Now i have XP i cannot. Pictures in other folders view ok. How can i
see pictures in temp internet files?
 
Control Panel > Internet Options > General tab (the first one) > Settings
button > View Files button > double-click on picture of choice.
