Viewing radio button selections

I have created a form so that information can be recorded
by one party and then sent to another.
I changed the properties on the text boxes so that the
data can be viewed by the recipient of the email. The
radio boxes however arrive in the email, blank.

How can I allow the radio boxes to retain their selection
when emailed ?

You must associate each button in the option button group with the same

You include code in the item-open script to initialize the radio
buttons from the bound fields.
