Viewing Power Point in Windows Mail

I cannot open Power Point in Windows Mail. Says I need a file association.
Never had this problem with Outlook Express. Any suggestions?

This is what I do when I receive an attachment :
Right click on the attachment > click save attachment > I always save it to
Pictures > open Pictures folder, locate the attachment, click Open.
