Viewing pages Offline.

Probably been asked before but,
How do I download a site for offline viewing?
I have on several occasions used the "..make available offline..." wizard
which guides me through the whole process. But I realise that after asking
to download about the 6 or so pages deep, when I turn off the connection,
and restart IE, I ask to browse the selected page offline, I get only the
index page - nothing else - .
Is this dependant on the temporary internet files?
There is often a lot of rubbish that I usually use the options to delete
cookies en temporary internet files. Could this be my problem?

6 Links deep !?

That will down load 6 links deep from every link, going
down the tree. You could end up needing a room full of
hard-drives to store all that info..

I mean the pages. The site has many extra pages and these pages have extras
where you end up going on and on. The idea is to get as much as possible
and view in my spare time.
