Viewing Outlook stationery

I just got the updated version of OE and when I get
stationeries from friends, I can hear the music and see
the background, but any pictures are not shown (jpgs or
gifs)...any suggestions to fix that?

Your subject says "Outlook", but above you say "OE" (for Outlook Express).
Which is it? They're not the same thing.
