Viewing other users calendars

Is there a way to name a calendar in Outlook 2003? An assistant has access
to several users' calendars. She usually views 3 calendars at a time and we
noticed if the calendar shows in the "Other Calendars", then the user's name
displays on top of the calendar. If the calendar shows in "My Calendars", it
has no name and we have to go by the color.
Any ideas on how to set the name or how to include other users calendars in
the "Other Calendars" section instead of "My Calendars". She has Editor
rights to all calendars.

Thanks!

calendar owner's names only appear if they are under the "Other Calendars"
list.

The My calendars list are calendars that are in your folder list.
To get a calendar under the other calendar's list, you must do a File, Open,
Other user's folder and open their calendar. Note that you must do this
WITHOUT the calendar (or their account) in your folder list.

To remove an account out of your folder list:

tools / email accounts / view or change exising accounts/ change/ more
settings/ advanced tab/
remnove attorney account

Thanks!

I guess the only minor disadvantage, is that the secretary needs to take an
extra step to open the Inbox now as there is no "Other Inbox" area.
