Find a .jpg file and right-click it. Choose "Open With" and then at the
bottom of the slide-out menu click on "Choose Program". This will open
the box where you can choose the program you want to use. Choose IE and
then check the "Always use the selected program to open this type of
file" box. Apply and OK out.
