Viewing incoming stationary

Using Outlook 2003 but can not view the stationary of incoming messages.
Where do I activate that option?

Never mind. :)
It's a new laptop and the video was adjusted to where I could not see the
semi-transparent stationary. I adjusted back to default and can view again.
