New to Windows Mail. When I receive new emails with embedded hyperlink
information, it shows up as text and not the intended graphic....is there a
view setting that I can adjust to see the emails as they are sent?

Go to Tools, Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..." and
also uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
If that doesn't fix the problem, go back to the same place and
select Internet zone instead of Restricted Sites zone.
Also, under Tools, Options, Read, make sure "Read all messages
in plain text" is not checked.

Hi Gary....I have made the adjustments you suggested and still am getting
messy emails with too much hyperlink information. Any other suggestions.
Thanks for your help...this is a very useful service.

It still sounds like you are reading messages in plain text.
What happens when you send a HTML-formatted email to
yourself?

Hi Gary...I just received a html email that worked. I think I was trying to
view the previously downloaded emails when I said the correction had not
worked. So...I think your fix has worked...hope this is useful to others.
Again...thanks for your help. Cheers....Ashanti

Glad to hear it.
