Viewing Excel Files

I am trying to prepare a master document which will be
used for our company's quoting purposes. They will be
prepared and sent to our customers. However, I am trying
to find out if someone can open the Excel file (and with
what) if they do not have the actual software. Please
advise...

Hi

I suggest "Save as Webpage". It will open in most (all ?) browsers.

Or let them download the free Excel viewer if they
don't have Excel
